Every NEET PG cutoff and score you have seen quoted is on the old scale
The maximum mark falls from 800 to 720 in 2026. Percentile-based qualifying cutoffs are unaffected, but every raw score, target and "safe mark" circulating from 2025 and earlier refers to a paper that no longer exists.

The 2026 paper is 180 questions in five sections of 36, each locked to 42 minutes. Once a section's timer expires it closes, and anything left blank in it stays blank. This is the largest change to how the paper is sat in years.
